Whatever wind and weather comes our way, while living on a boat, we never have to deal with this.
Arriving at the cottage at 11:30 pm, we found a snowplowed hill about 4 feet high ( the picture doesn't do it justice). We had to leave the car on the road with Christina sleeping inside while we shoveled enough just to bring the car into the driveway.
Then we shoveled a path to the door so we could get in and get ourselves some rest... to prepare for another day of shoveling.
Why anyone would want to live on dirt full time is beyond me.
